Flowers are used to decorate your homes, workspaces, and even special events. Researchers have found that people are attracted to the symmetry, bright colours  and even the scents that get released from the flowers. Personally, my favourite flower type are roses. The floral scent that emanates from them can help with remembering information and can give your brain a boost. Flower arrangement is truly an art form, and the arrangements that florists are creating today are truly spectacular. When stressed, nothing helps me soothe and relax like flower arranging. It is the most therapeutic art form for me! Have you found your destresser yet?
